Due to the nature of the products (digital downloads), NO REFUNDS are given. Product exchange is usually the policy to satisfy any un-resolvable issues.
All download links automatically expire after 5 days or 3 separate download clicks (whichever comes first). Make sure you download your products BEFORE they expire. We suggest that you copy your downloads to a CD or DVD because EHD (External Hard Drive) are known to crash easily without warning. It is your responsibility to make backups of your files!
If something drastic happens and you find yourself needing a download links reset, please contact us to request this within 90 days of your purchase so that we may evaluate your needs. You must provide us with proof of purchase by supplying us with your order number and copy of your purchase invoice before any download links will be reset.
We will charge a $5.00 fee for (each) order should you request links to be reset more than once.
In addition, we charge a $5.00 fee to reactivate (each) expired download link for ALL requests older than 90 days. Any orders over 2 yrs old will not be reactivated and must be re-purchased.
Please note that we cannot guarantee reactivation of download links/files after your initial links expire. Some files may no longer be available due to time-limited offers or products from designers that are no longer in our store.
