ACTION - Torn Edges Action BUNDLE by Boop Designs
You will soon make these torn jaggged edges your new GoTo designing tool!
I have combined my 2 Torn Edge sets to create this super BUNDLE! You get a Photohsop actions which contain 12 different torn edge actions. This action let's you choose the fill color or pattern of your choice. I have also added a separate ation if you want to create these torn edges on your own paper!!! Making it extremely versatile. Just choose which edge you want and then get creative by designing it with any color or pattern effect you need to match your project. Super user friendly!

Tested on Adobe Photoshop CS3 - CS5. It may work in higher versions but I can not guarantee that it will. Not tested for Mac.
